QuaranTEEN Kitchen: Black Bean Dip for Dinner
Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
Open can of black beans and drain off liquid. Pour beans into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add salsa, cumin, and lime juice. Mix. Can be enjoyed hot or cold—your preference!
Toast two slices of sourdough bread, spread bean dip on top. Garnish as you wish! We “eat with our eyes” so have fun!

Sliced Avocados
Tomatoes
Olives
Lettuce
Pickles
Corn
